| What can I do in the virtual world? | |
| You can travel to places around the world, through time and space, meet famous historical people, play fun enriching games, make new friends own exotic islands, build culture-inspired houses, wear all kinds of cool clothing and costumes, explore secret locations, solve ancient mysteries and become a legendary traveler! < |

| In order to start traveling, you will need to obtain your Quest Traveler's Passport. To do so, follow the instructions below. | |
| 1. Visit the Traveling Academy in Wiglington Town. 2. Enter the Learning Hall. Read all the instructions from the learning machines and view all the Wiglington and Wenks videos found in the Cinema. Learn all the rules by heart. 3. Speak to the Quest Inspector Mr. Biggles and tell him that you want to take the Quest Traveler's Test. 4. Once you pass the test visit Filo Rat to get your Quest Traveler's Passport and the Famous People Finder device. |

| Where can I travel to? | |
| There are many places around the world you can travel to, even back in time and forward into the future! There are just too many locations to name here! What's more, every few weeks, a new location with new quests, games, costumes and items will be added. This means more traveling and exploration fun for you! No other virtual world can claim to be that massive! |

| How can I help the famous historical people recover their memories? | |
| After you have collected your Famous People Finder and Quest Traveler's Passport from FiloRat, you can start traveling around the world. During your travels, you will encounter many historical people. FiloRat will tell you to find certain items related to them that can help them remember who they are. These items are scattered throughout the world. Once you find all of them, these historical people will recover their memories and give you a present for helping them. | |

| What is the difference between Rollars and WW Credits? | |
| Rollars are in-game money which you can earn by playing games or purchasing with real cash. WW Credits are virtual currency which you will have to purchase with real cash. They can both be used to purchase various items such as costumes, islands, houses, furniture, pets and more in the virtual world. |
